Rafting on the Tara River includes equipment selection, briefing with a guide, and transportation to the starting point for the rafting adventure. This is followed by a 25 km long descent through the Tara River, with a few stops for photography and swimming. Boats arrive at our private beach, followed by lunch.
In terms of attractiveness for rafting, Tara is ranked among the top most attractive rivers in the world, alongside the Colorado and Zambezi. Rafting is conducted by experienced professionals using specially designed, unsinkable rubber boats for whitewater and with mandatory use of rafting equipment. Each participant in rafting receives: a wetsuit, neoprene boots, a rafting belt, and in case of bad weather, raincoats are also available.
