Čvrsnica is one of the highest mountains in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is located in the northern part of Herzegovina. The highest peak is called Plocno (2228m) and above sea level it is the highest in Herzegovina. Because of the unique beauty of its natural environment it is a regular destination for mountaineers coming from the entire region. Blidinje Nature Park is located between the mountain ranges Čvrsnica and Vran. Blidinje area is an unforgettable natural phenomenon named after the Blidinje lake which is located in the bottom of Dugo fields providing a ecological oasis. In the park there is a modern ski center, which in the winter is a destination for many visitors.
Hajdučka Vrata (2000m) is located on the eastern part of Cvrsnica. It takes about an hour walk from Veliki Vilinac. There you can witness a natural phenomenon of indescribable beauty. Hajdučka vrata is made up of a ring of rocks through which the winds blow, centuries of weather conditions created the natural spectacle of this site. It is located on the edge of the canyon called Dive Grabovice. The start point of the climb is in the village of Diva Grabovica, located north of Mostar. The trail leads through the thick beech and pine woods and rises to the mountain hut "Žlijeb" whereupon leads a special trail to a stunning viewpoint. There are two springs of potable water on the trail from Dive Grabovica to Zlijeb.
