Vjetrenica also known as the "wind cave" or "blowhole", is the largest cave in Bosnia and Herzegovina, making it the most interesting cave in the Dinaric Alps. The mountain range it rests on is famous for its biodiversity. In the world this cave is one of the richest in terms of it's subterranean biodiversity: among more than two hundred different species are registered in it, making it a magical natural spectacle. The cave's length is a total of about 6.7km in length and the main channel is around 2.47km long. Geologists have predicted that Vjetrenica could stretch all the way to the Adriatic Sea into the Republic of Croatia. Near the cave is restaurant with local cuisine, as well as a orthodox monastery from the 13th century.
Railroad of Ciro museum
The museum is located near the village of Ravno, where a beautiful adapted train station turned restaurant resides nearby. The meeting point of the tour is Dubrovnik where there will be an arranged transfer to Zavala. From there we will visit Vjetrenica cave and the museum of Railroad Of Ciro.
